1、 Important tips (installation inspection steps)
1. Connect the wiring between the probe and the instrument: oxygen potential, thermocouple, heating, a total of 6 wires. (Do not connect to power supply 220V)
2. Measure with the resistance range (200 Ω) of the digital multimeter:
Oxygen potential terminal, the value should be infinite
Thermocouple terminal, the value should be between 3 Ω - 5 Ω
Heating terminal, the value should be between 50 Ω and 60 Ω
If the value is incorrect, check whether the wiring is faulty
3. After the wiring is correct, connect the 220V power supply and power on for heating. After half an hour, the temperature is heated to 700 ℃, and the instrument indicates the current oxygen content.
4. Measure the thermocouple mv voltage with DC voltage range (200mv)
The measured value should be a positive signal
Note: The positive probe is connected to the positive terminal, and the negative probe is connected to the negative terminal. The multimeter should indicate a positive signal. If there is a negative signal, the positive and negative poles should be connected inversely. Remember not to connect inversely
5. Using DC voltage range (200mv) for online measurement, the thermocouple mv voltage should be about 28mv. Measure the oxygen potential mv voltage online, and note that the positive probe is connected to the positive terminal and the negative meter
The pen is connected to the negative terminal, and the multimeter should indicate a positive signal. If it indicates a negative signal, please change the positive and negative terminal wiring, because when the oxygen content is 5%, the mv voltage should be at the left of positive 30mv
Right, if the wire is connected reversely, the indication of oxygen content will be more than 25%. Remember not to touch the two heating terminals during power-on measurement, otherwise the circuit board will be burnt. |
